Youth Restrictions

Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to register with ROAD 90. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register on ROAD 90 or send any information about yourself to us.

If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child under 13 who has registered with ROAD 90, please, go to the contact form for instructions on how to cancel the child registration. Please provide your full name, address and phone number. This information will only be used as proof that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian.

Personal Information

Certain activities on ROAD 90—like uploading videos, posting comments, flagging videos, or interacting with other users—require you to have a ROAD 90 Account.

We will ask for some personal information when you create your Account, including your email address and a password, which is used to protect your account from unauthorized access.

Other information that you will provide on your profile, such as username, picture, date of birth, country, etc., will be accessible by other ROAD 90 users. This information will become publicly available and can be collected and used by other ROAD 90 users.

Information Use

Email addresses or other personally identifiable information will not be used to send commercial or marketing messages without the users consent or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out. We may, however, use your email address without further consent for non-marketing or administrative purposes, such as notifying you of major ROAD 90 Site changes.

ROAD 90 may release information if the law requires it to do so or to protect ROAD 90’s rights and interests.
